1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new ShopiGen subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of your purchase.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email to our support team within the 14-day window. Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the 14-day refund period, you will continue to have access to ShopiGen until the end of your current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.
